This was Bruce Lee's interview for the Green Hornet.

In this video Bruce Lee was 24 years old, and he discusses many diverse topics in the interview including Chinese theater, the difference between a Karate punch and a Kung Fu punch.

Then he gets more into Kung Fu specifically. He demonstrates various types of strikes, to the eyes, to the face, the back fist, and a couple of kicks. He discusses differences of Jujistsu and Kung Fu, and how Kung Fu is based on simplicity and speed, and how Kung Fu can imitate the Crane, the Tiger, the Monkey or the Preying Mantis and demonstrates movements involved in those forms.
