Microsoft suing Motorola for patent infringement

Microsoft has filed a patent infringement suit against Motorola, citing that it stole it's patents to improve it's products. They named Motorola's Droid Charm and Droid as the offending products, saying that they used their intellectual property to improve emails, contacts, scheduling meetings and calendar functions of the phones. 

“We have a responsibility to our customers, partners, and shareholders to safeguard the billions of dollars we invest each year in bringing innovative software products and services to market,” said one of top officials of Microsoft Corporation.
